3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change based on market gold and silver rates.
Final billing will be done at store premises unless otherwise agreed.
Advance payment may be required for custom orders.
GST will be charged as per Government regulations.
4. Exchange & Buyback Policy
We offer Lifetime Exchange and Buyback policy as per company norms.
Exchange value will be calculated based on current gold rate and product condition.
Proper original bill is required for exchange or buyback.
Stones and making charges may not be fully refundable depending on policy at the time of exchange.
5. Money-Back Policy
15 Days Money-Back Policy applies only under specific conditions as explained at the time of purchase.
The product must be unused and returned with original invoice.
6. Repairs & Maintenance
Free polish and minor repairing services are provided as per company policy.
Major damage, stone replacement, or alteration may incur additional charges.
7. Orders Through WhatsApp or Online Inquiry
Price confirmation will be given before order confirmation.
Custom jewellery orders require advance payment.
Delivery timelines will be informed at the time of order confirmation.
8. Limitation of Liability
